In 1988, we released our first water activity instrument. Since then, we’ve used water activity technology to develop other instruments, including a moisture content meter and a vapor sorption analyzer.
We created wateractivity.org as an extension of the work we do at Decagon Devices. We’ve learned a lot in the 25 years since we made our first water activity meter, and this web site is an attempt to share that information with anyone who is interested.
